Baby Blue by Baby Quasar Week 1 Review!

I have been suffering with acne my whole life. Black heads, White heads etc. Always have at least 3 zits popping up on my face on any given day, I hate it! I always assumed it would go away as I aged but, alas no luck! I have been given this wonderful opportunity to test out the Baby Blue (for FREE) and I am very excited about it! In the past I have heard good things about blue light therapy, now its my turn to see what this can do for me! I have been using the Baby Blue for 1 week now, and so far I love it!! The blue light is actually very soothing. I plug it in after my shower while I am laying in bed, I turn on my favorite tv shows, relax and let the baby blue do its job. It is really easy to use, literally plug it in, push the on button and go. You are supposed to do your face in sections about 4 minute per section doing a slow circling motion, while I do this most of the time when I have a pimple pop up I spot treat it for about a minute. The Baby Blue has a nice warming sensation, not too hot. It doesn't seem to be drying out my skin at all (which it says can be a side effect). I use it without the clear light cap because I have tried it both ways and I prefer it without the cap, the light seems to penetrate my skin better this way. I have noticed the pimples on my chin area clearing up, this is my biggest problem area and I spend a little extra time every night concentrating on this area. I would have to say my favorite thing about this product so far is how my face feels after using it. I am not really sure how to explain it, its like my face is relaxed and cozy. Like I spent an hour at the spa. I know this really isn't meant to be a result of the product but I love how it makes my skin feel! I am excited to see the long term results of the blue light on my acne!! See ya'll next week!

Milani Lipstick VS. Clarins Lipstick

Okay its time for my first ever beauty product showdown!! I actually won both of these lipsticks in online contests so I am not biased towards either. I didn't spend a dime so my review here is going to be completely based on usage! The Contenders are:

 Milani Color Statement Lipstick in shade 25-Naturally Chic


Do you see how remarkably similiar their packaging is, both are in a beautiful gold case!! Also the shades are a similiar pink. I did a little research on these and to actually buy these the Milani is about 5.49 at CVS and the Clarins runs about 26 dollars on their website talk about a price difference! I wonder if that will affect my results!! Now to try them out!! I will try them both out for about an hour let you know what I think..BRB ;)!! OK Hi..Im back I tried the Clarins first it glides on smoothly and does have a pretty color, but honestly im a little disappointed that it didnt last very long. I watched a movie wearing this and by the end of the movie after snacking on a tiny bit of popcorn and a drink it was gone all of it on the straw from my cup :/..Okay time for round two... my second tester was the Milani and I must say I think im in love!! I mean for a lipstick to last an hour and not have to reapply at all is a miracle and considering its price tag ..FABULOUS! It actually even smells good almost kind of fruity. I ate while wearing this drank some coffee and its STILL on my face!! The clear winner for me is the Milani and I am going out now to buy me a few more shades.. Love it!

Yes to Grape Fruit Dark Circle Correcting Eye Cream Review

I thought I should post a before and after picture of the fabulous results I have gotten after using this cream for 2 weeks. I decided to wait on my review until I had given it a lengthy try. I think you can tell by the pictures that there has been a definite improvement and also my skin looks brighter. Okay about the product, upon opening the bottle for the first time you smell the wonderful, refreshing scent of grapefruit. You don't need alot of this product just a tiny dab will do. I have been applying it twice daily. It doesn't sting or burn, it soaks into the skin quickly so you don't have to wait a long time for it to dry to apply your makeup over it. It also has a really nice cooling sensation when you first apply that lasts for a few minutes, its refreshing. Overall I like this product as you can tell from the before picture I have dark purplish under eye circles. I feel  like this product is really improving the appearance of the circles under my eyes. I know its not going to get rid of them completely but it is lightening and brightening them! I plan to continue use of this for a long time :)! 

Update on my Ivory 2 n 1

Okay I have been using my ivory for a couple weeks now so I figured after giving a nice long test out it was time to update my blog. Alright so the verdict: I love it!! Its great mostly for my husband and son. Its good for me too tho but not great only because I have to use extra conditioner but I still use it as a body wash and shampoo. Saves my son and husband time in the tub and shower. Saves me a bit of time too. Also space. I used to have my husbands brand of shampoo and body wash thats 2 bottles. Then my sons shampoo and body wash. Then my conditioner shampoo and soap. That took me down from 7 bottles in the shower down to 2 ..My Ivory 2 n 1 and my conditioner. So it definetly saves me space and time cleaning up. I got this free from influenster.

Clear Scalp Hair and Beauty Therapy Day 6

I wanted to show the shampoo because if you look really closely to it you can see the sparkly shine in it. Also notice the consistency is almost conditioner like which I love!! I am still iffy on the conditioner but like I said before its only because there isn't enough in the samples packs for me to work with. But overall I have had great results!! Tomorrow will be my day 7 final results reveal. I plan on doing a video if I can get my camcorder to work! :)

Not too much to write about today my hair does seem to improving a little bit more each day!! I still think I need like double the amount of conditioner for my amount of hair but I get by with whats in the pouches. If I decide to buy the product I will definetly use a ton more conditioner as you can see in the pictures my hair is almost to the middle of my back and really thick! Im not doing another picture until day 7..so you can see the big hair reveal!! I may even whip out my camcorder and do my first ever video review/final verdict!! We shall see! :) Stay tuned

Not to sound too full of myself but I think my hair is looking great, sooo shiny!! :)!! Feels alot smoother less rough, and much easier to manage!! Can't wait to see what my hair looks like on day seven! I think this Brand may be a keeper!

Clear Scalp Hair and Beauty Therapy day 3

I'm not going to do a picture today because I want to space them out a little. I will do a picture tomorrow and then one on day 7. I have to say I have noticed that my hair feels cleaner. I never really thought of my hair as dirty before but I can really feel the difference. Not oily at all and no build up. Its really nice. On another note I didn't buy the bottle of conditioner yet what I am doing is when I apply the conditioner in the shower I leave it on about 3 min. letting it soak in because its not alot of conditioner. I'll get back with you tomorrow with a picture and some more info <3

Clear Scalp Hair and Beauty Therapy Day 2

So it is seven day challenge day 2!! Well last night at work a nice man told me I have pretty hair. And I usually don't get compliments on my hair because it can get pretty frizzy so that was nice. So i'm assuming it has smoothed it out some. On a side note the smell lasts quite a while a coworker also commented that my hair smelled really nice lol Here is a new picture of me today: As you can see my hair does seem smoother and less dry so thats good! :)

Clear Scalp Hair and Beauty Therapy seven day challenge

Okay so I got the Clear Scalp Hair and Beauty Therapy seven day challenge in the mail. And im going to be recording my thoughts and pictures on the product. Above pictures include my before image of my hair (please forgive the just waken up look with no makeup..im looking kind of rough lol) and the shot of the seven packages of shampoo/conditioner. My first reaction was a pleasant one. I like the consistency and smell of the shampoo. It was actually much like a conditioner in thickness it was a nice light pink color with a bit of shimmer. It bubbled up well and coated my whole head of hair. The conditioner was nice but I have ALOT of hair and im not sure one tiny small package would do. I may have to go purchase a bottle of the conditioner if i'm going to give this product a fair review. I'll get back with you tomorrow with some more thoughts!!

Hello!!

Well just an update I haven't gotten into any new campaigns lately!! BUT I think there will be some new ones soon! OH I also signed up for this awesome website called greenmomsmeet.com Where you throw a party with the samples they send you!! I am excited for my first campaign with them!! Will be doing videos and pictures when I get into that!! I did win a couple of online contests from Eucerin and Drugstore.com!! From Eucerin I got a full sized bottle of their sensitive skin anti aging cream! And from drugstore.com I won a Olay Regenerist Micro-Sculpting Eye Cream And Lash Serum Duo!! So I'll do a little review on both of those instead! So the Eucerin cream is a little thick but its a wonderful before bed lotion. It soaks in quickly and I wake up in the morning with wonderfully smooth skin!! I wouldnt use it during the day because of the thickness tho. But I do like it :)!! Okay now for the Olay! Now this stuff I really love!! It has a eye cream and a lash serum! I love, LOVE the serum. Its wonderful I put it on and let it dry, then I swipe on some black mascara and BAM beautiful long lashes. This is a great product. The only draw back is the almost 30 dollar price tag!! But I think it will be well worth it. The cream is nice too but I haven't really noticed any significant improvement around my eye area yet but it has only been a week and a half since I got the product in!

Garnier Olia Review

So I gave my new hair dye out a try. I didn't want to dye my whole hair red but I wanted some nice red highlights added to my dark brown hair for summer. So I tried out the Olia. I did shade 6.60 Light Intense Auburn. Well the top of my hair is lighter then the bottom so the red highlights are more pronounced there. But underneath its more of a Dark Brownish Auburn. I did like the results they look really natural. The smell was pleasant using the dye and the application was pretty easy. I didn't really like the shape of the bottle tho. It was rounded with a super fine point and was kind of hard to shake. But overall I am going to give the dye a 4 out of 5 stars. Thanks Bzz Agent for letting me try this product. I will more than likely use it again!

Glade Expressions

I have said previously that I am a Bzz Agent and this is my second campaign! So I just wanted to tell you a little bit about the Glade Expressions Oil Diffuser. I love love love the Pineapple and Mangosteen scent. It is so wonderfully beachy! And I am a beachy gal so I love waking up to the scent of the beach!! I also have the Glade Expressions Fragrance Mist! Its nice but doesnt last nearly as long as the oil diffuser. I believe the oil diffuser will be something I purchase monthly! Here is a photo of the Fragrance mist in my living room!

Schick Hydro Silk Review

So I am a Bzz Agent and I occasionally get to review products for free! Well I just wanted to say that the Schick Hydro Silk is a wonderful razor. It has this moisturizing serum that makes my legs super silky. My only complaint is I accidentally left the razor laying face down on the tub. And all the serum from the blade came out bubbling out because I left it in some water :(!! So fair warning make sure you HANG the razor up on the attachment it comes with. But other than that its a great razor so I will go with a 4 out of 5 rating. It would have been 5 if not for my error. And since I am forgetful I will probably leave my razor down alot!
